ORDER PROCESS

When you place your sex doll order, we immediately begin the production process to make your perfect sex doll come to life. Because each doll is custom made to the specifications you choose, it takes approximately 1 week to create. On average, another week for packaging, shipment processing and delivery. So about 2 weeks from order to home delivery, give or take. During this time, you are kept up to date on all phases of the process so you are always in the know!

SHIPPING

Once production of your doll has completed and the quality control department have signed off – the doll will be ready for shipping. Typically dolls are shipped by air using only express couriers like UPS and Fedex. International delivery will take between 3- 7 days, with live tracking available from the courier.

DISCREET

We understand the importance of privacy. Therefore, Each doll is carefully packaged in a way the hides the contents of the box. Only you will know what has been delivered as there is no indication on the outside of the box. This is called white glove delivery and we are confident you will be happy with the packaging and delivery service.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND FEES

You DO NOT have to worry about customs clearance or Import Duties. We have you covered!.. All import duties levied by your local authority – on import, will be paid for by us so no hidden costs. we will also take care of customs clearance process for you.

PACKAGING

Each doll is packaged into a plain brown cardboard box with protective packaging and shock resistant foam within. Depending on the size of the doll, the box may approximately 150cm tall, 42cm wide and 28cm deep.
